Upgrading

Move to a higher plan via hosted checkout — effective immediately, with proration for the remaining days in your billing period

Upgrading is the fastest billing change in SigSentry: you pick the new plan, pay through the hosted checkout, and the new quotas and features apply immediately. There's no waiting period and no downtime for analyses already in flight.

How to upgrade

Open the Plans page

In the dashboard, go to Organization → Plans. Each plan card shows the price, quota, and feature list. Your current plan is marked Current Plan.

Choose a higher tier

Click Upgrade on the plan card you want to move to. (Enterprise shows Contact Sales — email sales@sigsentry.io.)

Complete checkout

You're redirected to a hosted payment page. Pay with whichever method your region's checkout supports — typically card, bank transfer, or direct debit.

Land back in the dashboard

The provider redirects you back to Organization → Plans with a verification banner. Once verified, you'll see "Payment successful! Your plan has been updated." and the new plan is marked Current Plan.

When the upgrade takes effect

Immediately on successful payment. You can:

  • Run analyses against the new monthly quota right away
  • Add resources up to the new limits (more projects, more members, more watchdog rules)
  • Use newly-unlocked features in the same session — for example, AI-polished postmortems become available the moment a Pro upgrade verifies

Proration

When you upgrade mid-cycle, you pay the prorated difference between your current plan and the new one for the remaining days in the period. The next renewal then bills the full new price on its normal cycle.

What happens to existing data

Nothing is reset by an upgrade. All of the following are preserved exactly as they were:
