Plans
Starter, Pro, Business, and Enterprise — what's included, what's gated, and how to pick
SigSentry has four plan tiers. Each combines a monthly analyses quota, per-resource limits (projects, members, log sources, watchdog rules, etc.), and a set of feature gates (AI postmortem polish, similar incidents, integrations).
For the always-current numbers, see the pricing page. The full matrix lives in Plans & quotas — this page is the shorter conceptual overview.
Tiers at a glance
| Plan | Best for |
|---|---|
| Starter | Solo developers and very small teams getting started |
| Pro | Growing teams that need integrations and AI-polished postmortems |
| Business | Established orgs with multiple projects and on-call rotations |
| Enterprise | Large orgs needing unlimited resources, longer audit retention, and a custom contract |

Quotas
Every plan caps how many of each resource you can have. The most important is analyses per month — once you hit it, additional analyses either pause or run as overage depending on your settings.
| Quota | Starter | Pro | Business | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Analyses / month | 100 | 500 | 2,000 | Unlimited |
| Projects | 2 | 5 | 20 | Unlimited |
| Team members | 2 | 10 | 50 | Unlimited |
| Log sources / project | 2 | 5 | 10 | Unlimited |
| Repos / project | 1 | 5 | 10 | Unlimited |
| Watchdog rules / project | 1 | 5 | 20 | Unlimited |
| Notification channels | 2 | 10 | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Audit log retention | 7 days | 30 days | 90 days | 365 days |
For the complete table including support desk and chat integrations, see Plans & quotas.
Feature gates

Picking a plan
Estimate your monthly analyses
Count how many incidents your team triages each month. Multiply by 1.5 to give yourself headroom — analyses also fire from Watchdog rules.
Check feature gates
If you need Slack alerts or AI-polished postmortems, you're on Pro or higher. Starter is intentionally lean.
Count your projects and members
Each environment / service is typically a project. Five projects fits most teams comfortably on Pro; if you have many micro-services, look at Business.
Decide on overage
If you're on a tight budget, leave overage off and let analyses pause at the quota. If reliability is more important than predictable cost, opt in.
